Experience tells us that conducting group meetings, one-on-one sessions, phone calls and even video conferencing with members around the world adds value to the plan and enhances the members’ perception of the plan. Plan members value communicating to our investment specialists to receive much needed education that helps guide them through complex, important decisions. This is not a one time event, but at least an annual conversation to keep the member on track with their goals.
